The Uvas Volunteer Department accepts new recruits year-round for all positions within the department.  These positions include emergency responders and non-emergency responders.  At this time we are only accepting "emergency response" personnel that either reside or work within the "recruitment area".  Other persons that wish to assist in other ways need not be within the "recruitment area".  If you feel that you have the desire to volunteer with the department and have knowledge or skills that would be of importance to helping the department and the community but are not within the area, feel free to contact us with details so that we can further review.  Please Note...
